On Saturday 12th November the County held its annual service of remembrance at the Scout memorial
in Cannon Hill Park.
There were over 450 parents, leaders, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers and Network from all around the County at the event.
The County also welcomed the UK Chief Commissioner Wayne Bulpitt to the event who laid the first wreath.
Despite being very muddy underfoot the weather stayed kind and the service lasted 45 minutes. At the end of the service wreaths were also laid by Rick Keeber, County Commissioner and the six District Commissioners from across the County laid crosses.
Members of the audience were invited to lay crosses/wreaths at the memorial.
The County would like to thank everybody that attended the event for such super support.
