Volunteering to help as Staff
We couldn’t make iceSCOUT happen without the support of our volunteers.
Booking is easy, simply visit the website and the staff page to register
What can I expect?
All staff (made up of specialist activity instructors and a general support team from all over the UK and parts of Europe) are expected to help out with delivering the event. This can mean anything from helping with coach parking through to helping manage queues at a popular activity.
If you’re not taking advantage of our indoor accommodation, you will be expected to bring a tent and camp in the staff field. If you are booking a bed in our indoor accommodation please note that this is subject to availability and will be in shared bunk rooms only, please ensure you bring your own bedding suitable for the time of year.
As the event has experienced some varied weather in the past, please make sure you have sufficient waterproof clothing and enough changes of clothes.
All staff registering will need to have a valid CRB/DBS clearance in place for the event. Please let us know if you do not have a current CRB/DBS check and we will get back in touch.
Once we’ve received your booking we’ll provide confirmation by email and we will send additional information in early December prior to the event.
If you have any questions please get in touch with us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We look forwards to seeing you at iceSCOUT Visit the website for all the information….
